Full Dispatch Service - 10%

JWL full dispatch services include booking carrier loads, preparing broker carrier agreements, acquiring certificate of insurance updates per broker request, carrier invoice factoring, quick pay (per request), detention pay processing, and carrier tracking.

Load Finding Only - 5%

JWL load finding services include securing loads only! The trucking company will process the paperwork, conduct carrier tracking, and process invoices. Carrier will be notified and sent the paperwork directly from JWL or the Broker!

Invoicing and Sales Tracking

Trucking is a very fast-paced industry and can get overwhelming sometimes. Most trucking companies cannot keep up with the day-to-day invoicing of their loads and preparing and reviewing their contracts. Our dispatch team will be happy to submit your loads to the factoring company, invoice the broker, and track your loads and weekly sales.

Carrier Support

Trucking companies are known to get extremely busy handling day-to-day operations and booking loads. Let JayWay Logistics support your carriers while they're on the road. The services include tracking carrier every 2-3 hours, responding to lumper request, updating broker with carrier status, ETA updates, handling roadside assistance, and responding to carrier related issues or request while OTR!
