Who is this dispatch inquiry for?
Owner-operators and fleet owners who want to discuss carrier dispatch support. Share your equipment and preferred operating area so the team can assess the fit.
What are your dispatch fees?
Full Dispatch is 8% of linehaul for one truck, 7% for two to three, and 6% for four or more. Load Finding Only is 5%, and Carrier Referral Services is a $1,000 service charge. Invoicing and carrier support are quoted by scope, and your agreement confirms the calculation basis and payment terms.
What information should I send first?
Your name, company, contact information, equipment type, truck count, and preferred lanes are enough to start. Any additional onboarding requirements can be confirmed directly.
Does submitting an inquiry sign me up?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Service scope, availability, fees, and any required agreement must be confirmed before services begin.
