What we collect

When you send a dispatch inquiry or a driver request, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, equipment type, truck count, service of interest, preferred lanes or operating area, and any notes you add.

How it reaches us

This website does not store form submissions on a server. The forms open your own email application with the details filled in, and you choose to send it. It arrives at info@jaywaylogisticsllc.com.

Please do not send sensitive documents

Please do not include banking details, insurance documents, or identification in an initial inquiry through this site. We will tell you what is needed, and how to send it safely, once we are working together.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and discuss the service that fits
• To dispatch freight if you engage us
• To keep ordinary business records of that work

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the usual technical request information when a page loads.

Keeping it, removing it

We keep inquiry and dispatch records for as long as we need them for the work and for our records. If you want your information removed, email info@jaywaylogisticsllc.com and we will take care of it, unless we are required to keep a record.
